NOTE: The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote. Before we can provide your final quotation, you must provide a good, representative sample of the drawings and documents you wish to have scanned. If you are located in our region of the country, we can make arrangements to visit your facilities.

Provide your best estimate of the quantities of each size (A, B, C, D, E, F, H, ETC) of drawing to be scanned.

Describe the image quality: How varied and readable are the drawings?

Types of Media: Bond, vellum, mylar, linen, sepia, blue print, blue line, etc.

Describe the physical condition of the drawings: rolled or flat, torn documents requiring mending, etc

Do they need to be electronically filed (indexed) into a database?

Identify any special requirements you may have.

For most accurate quotation, please provide CTS with a representative sample (good, bad, and in-between quality) of your drawings and/or documents for testing and evaluation.

In cases where information is incomplete or missing, CTS, in order to provide a quotation, will make certain assumptions. The more complete your information, the more accurate your quotation will be.
