INSTRUCTIONS to Prospective Customers

In order to receive a DRAFTING QUOTATION, simply fill out Page #1 and #2 below. You may PRINT and FAX or e-mail your information. To actually order DRAFTING SERVICES, later on, it will be necessary to complete this form, the "CAD Drafting Notice" (a disclaimer), the CAD Drafting Accuracy Statement, and the "Scanning Accuracy" Statement (if scanning is used in conjunction with Drafting). All must be signed and dated. Due to the wide variability of drawings, CTS will provide FINAL FIXED FEE PRICING only after reviewing the spcific drawings to be drafted. Otherwise, CTS will provide an hourly rate based on the information you provide on the following forms.

NOTES:

ALL Quotations/Contracts are based on and include CTS's "CAD Drafting Notice" and Accuracy Statements for Scanning and Drafting. Changes, Revisions, and Field Measure MISTAKES (not by CTS) and Other Incorrect Info supplied by Customer Will Result in Additional Charges @ the hourly rate quoted. All Prices Quoted are Approximate Until All Details, Information, the Scope of Work, and all Drawings are Reviewed By CTS. Delays in Providing all Necessary Project Information Usually Result in Project Delays and Additional Fees.
